The VCRLN is pleased to present the Kildare School Erhu Musical Group to students around Alberta via videoconferencing! Students from Kildare School in Edmonton will play the Erhu, a Chinese musical instrument, as well as share the cultural background of the instrument itself and the songs they perform. The VCRLN and the Erhu musicians invite classes studying Chinese culture to join them for this performance in celebration of the Chinese New Year. Connecting sites will have the opportunity to ask the performers questions about their study of this instrument.
