Each Wednesday afternoon, Alberta teachers, administrators and VC technicians are invited to "virtually" meet, through VC, with VCRLN members to ask questions and discuss topics of interest in videoconferencing.  Participants are encouraged to bring a coffee to the VC Cafe and join us for this informal professional development opportunity that will be shaped to meet the needs of each week's attendees.

Jan Shaffer is involved in CTS and Academic Counselling at Bassano School in the Grasslands School Division.  She has been working as a teacher for more than 20 years in Alberta and BC with a focus on technology and integration, as well as teacher support.  Her current teaching assignment involves junior and senior high computers, high school Communication Technology and Academic Counselling. Jan has been a member of 2Learn.ca since its early years and hopes to continue sharing resources with colleagues and students.
