Our Westwind "Collaborative Leadership in Support of Innovative Classrooms" (CLIC) project is working toward a Westwind School Division designed way of supporting innovative teaching in our Division.
If we look at the teachers' role of planner, coach, and judge, there will be ways to support teachers naturally as work within the standards of the Alberta Curriculum. Teacher supervision needs to be assessment for excellent teaching.
