I'm hoping I can get answers to the following questions.

1) Who is the local area representative for Lego Robotics? I need to put in an order for extra parts.

2) I've re-charged our batteries and I keep getting lines coming across the display of the brick. The batteries are not old and haven't been used very much. Do we need new batteries?

3) My kids are trying to do programming on the computer and it keeps telling them that we haven't downloaded the latest Firmware. When we try to download it, it says that it already exists, and would I like to replace it. When I do, it continues with the same message that it isn't downloaded.

Hope you can help.

Hi Gloria

If you could cut and paste your message into the Courselet space, you may get additional answers there.

Local Representative is Linda Williams at Spectrum Education Alberta

Batteries - sounds like you could try to get some Duracells new and see if same issue.  It may be related to the FIRMWARE issue

Firmware issue - you likely have to put the brick and the USB device in a small cardboard box and keep the USB device close (2 inches) away from the brick. This does take about 10 minutes to download, but this may solve your problems.

Hope it helps

Nathaniel
