I would like to talk in this forum about SUCCESS STORIES for Internet Use in DIV 4 classes.  Sharing your story is something that encourages others to try similar practices in their classroom, something everyone loves to do!

One of the most useful ways I used the Internet in teaching high school was to allow students to create their own presentation based on online interactive resources.  This was in Science 10 where I organized a Netsplore for a Periodic Table activity.  http://www.2learn.ca/search/NetSploreView.asp?SID=673. 

The students needed time set aside over a week to work on the presentation, and were quite excited about presenting.  A great activity I would repeat again!
