Our Division 3 Math SAPDC math day is rapidly approaching (January 19).
Here is what is listed on the 2learn2gether.ca site from our planning session with Division 3 Math lead teachers for that day:
Shape and Space is the strand that was selected. The morning will be spent on unpacking the curriculum and creating "I Can Statements". In the afternoon, each teacher will bring 2 questions per general outcome in that strand. The goal is to create a common assessment for that strand.
Division 3 math teachers will be invited to attend a session (location to be determined ASAP) with Bonnie Layton. Please let teachers know that this day is coming soon. Subs will need to be put in place for January 19.
More information will be sent ASAP.
