Question: What is the benefit of taking a 2Learn.ca Courselet as a PD opportunity?

Answer: One of the major advantages of the Courselet is that the activities are structured to be all online and are worked on at your own pace!  Weekly activities are introduced and discussed online in a community of practice atmosphere that continues even after the formal Courselet activities are over!
    
Question: What kinds of technology tasks will I be involved in during the Courselet?

Answer: The activites in the Courselet involve reflection on practice, discussions with other teachers, and interaction with resources on the Internet.  Blogging and discussion forum posting are technology tasks that are part of the embedded PD activities in the Courselet.  USING the tools for their own learning hopefully leads teachers to consider these technology tools for their own teaching practice!
